As reported last week, Pembroke Town Council is delighted to be launching the annual Pembroke Civic Awards Scheme and calling on people to put forward nominations for the awards.

"We want you to tell us about the people and organisations in your community who go above and beyond what is expected of them to 'make a difference' to the community," said town clerk, Hugh Colley.

Nominations close on Monday, February 27, and the winners will be announced at the awards ceremony to be held at Pembroke Town Hall in April 2012.
