Last weekend saw over 7,000 people flood through the gates of Pembroke Castle for ‘Rock The Castle’.

Friday’s concert kicked-off with a brilliant headline performance from the Fratellis with strong support from Toploader, We Are Z, and local up and coming band Vicetrack.

It was back to the ’60s on Saturday with the world famous Bootleg Beatles headlining supported by The Bootleg Beach Boys and local duo Neil and Diggy who kicked things off with a brilliant set of classic tunes.

Sunday saw nearly 2,000 for the famous family west-end show Horrible Histories the best of barmy Britain. It was a relaxed atmosphere with families enjoying the sunshine and also a fantastic support set from Preseli Pete and the Merrymakers.

Castle manager Jon Williams commented: “I’d like to thank our fantastic team of staff and contractors, everybody seemed to have a good time and we’re very grateful to the people of Pembrokeshire and the local authorities for supporting our events.”
