Police have made two arrests after a serious assault in Pembroke.

The incident occurred at around 8.30 pm on Sunday, in the town's Main Street.

Two people, a 26-year-old man and a 19-year-old woman, were arrested at an address in Main Street after police received a call from a member of the public regarding the incident.
