TENNIS: Mini-tennis coaching is due to take place at Tenby Sports Centre on Friday evenings from 4-6 pm for children aged five to nine. These sessions will begin on October 1 and will continue throughout the winter. County tennis training is taking place at Haverfordwest Indoor Tennis Centre throughout the winter. NETBALL: The Pembrokeshire Junior Netball League will be re-starting on Saturday, October 2. The league is expanding this year to involve the seven-11 age range. DISABILITY SPORT: Coaching Disabled Performers (National Coaching Foundation): This course is suitable for all sports coaches/volunteers and school staff. With the Paralympic Games currently taking place, disability sport is high profile and this course will give coaches an insight into disability sport, as well as ideas on coaching disabled athletes in all sports. This certificate may also be useful to clubs when applying for club accreditation schemes and grant applications. The course is free.
