Parking scheme trials in Tenby that have split opinions amongst residents are up for discussion in the near future.
Clr. Mike Evans reported recently to his colleagues at Tenby Town Council, that he had met with Pembrokeshire County Council’s transportation department regarding schemes in the town, in particular a shared use parking trial scheme which has affected both Culver Park and South Cliff Street.
The scheme would be continued to be looked at and reviewed following its end in March 2017.
Speaking at Tuesday night’s meeting of the town council, the town clerk, Andrew Davies, told members that he had received email correspondence from householders in that area, stating that there was a “difference of opinion” between residents on the trial schemes.
“The correspondence is in the town council offices should members wish to view any ahead of the meeting on the matter outlined for next month,” he explained.
