More than 100 vehicles spanning over a century of motoring are gearing up for a charity show in Pembrokeshire.

This will be the third year that the Classics, Customs and Collectables event has been held at Noble Court Holiday Park, Narberth, and it promises to be the best-ever.

The venue on Redstone Road will welcome the show from 11 am to 4.30 pm on Saturday, September 17, and, once again, the money raised will be donated to Welsh children’s hospice, Ty Hafan.

The park is one of three in South Pembrokeshire owned by Celtic Holiday Parks, whose general manager, Jack Meaney, has a passion for modern and classic cars.

“As a lover of classics and collectables myself, I thought it would be great fun to start an event of our own here at Noble Court,” said Jack.

“Everyone has a memory of what their father, mother, grandparents, aunt or uncle used to drive or the car that belonged to someone in their street.

“The event has attracted an array of entries, including a 1902 Rolls Royce, a 1929 Talbot and a 1940s Willys Jeep, together with motorbikes and tractors from all eras, and there’s still time for people to sign up to bring their collectable vehicle along.”

Added Celtic Holiday Parks manager director, Huw Pendleton: “With over 500 pitches across the Celtic Holiday Parks group, we feel that the classic car show provides an opportunity for both visitors and the local community to enjoy a great day out, adding a different dimension to our offer and events on the park.”

The show will also provide lots of family fun with bouncy castles, a barbecue and auto-jumble.

There will be plenty of camping and caravanning space available.
