Twenty residents, family, friends and staff from Park House Court Nursing Home in Tenby recently took to their bicycles for the ‘Dementia 100 mile ride’.

This enthusiastic group completed 135.80 miles and have handed in over £700 to date, with more to collect. In the photo are just some of those who took part.

Well done to all. Park House Court continues to deliver Dementia Friends courses to groups on request, in house or will visit you.
