It was unlucky Friday the 13th for two teenagers who became stranded on the rocks at Coppet Hall. Luckily, the RNLI Tenby inshore lifeboat came to the pair's rescue, shortly after 5 pm, after the two males aged 18 and 19 from the Saundersfoot area, informed Milford Haven Coastguard that they had become cut off by the tide between Saundersfoot and Wisemans Bridge. The volunteer lifeboat crew were soon on scene and recovered the two people from the rocks and both were landed safely at Tenby Harbour, where they were met by Tenby Coastguard rescue team who obtained details and offered safety advice to the duo. Later that night, shortly before 11 pm, Tenby Coastguard rescue team were also paged to locate two fishermen reported overdue in returning from their shore fishing trip at Monkstone near Tenby. The unit was stood down when the first informant rang back to say they had been contacted and were safe and well and about to return home.
