A special event to raise money to buy training lights for Pembroke RFC's junior section, will be taking place at the Pavilion in Carew, on Friday, June 26, from 7.30 pm.
Appearing on the night will be well-known Welsh comedian and entertainer, Owen Money, along with a host of other support acts. Refreshments from the bar and a pig roast will also be available.
"We have over 200 children registered with the club, aged from six to 16, and in order for us to keep training in the winter months we need new lighting on our training pitch." said David Thompson of the club's junior section.
"We hope that people who support rugby and wish to encourage youngsters in sport come out and support us at what will be a memorable evening."
Tickets for the event at £10, are available from K. and K. Insurance, Main Street, Pembroke, or from Pembroke RFC, Upper Lamphey Road.
