To receive and confirm the End of Year Accounts for 2018/19.

To receive the Internal Auditor’s Report for 2018/19 and consider any issues arising.

To approve the accounting statements and Annual Governance Statement for submission to External Audit for End of Year Accounts 2018/19 (on the table).

To consider co-option to fill the three vacancies on the Town Council.
