Planning correspondence: PCNPA - South East Community Panel feedback on the Local Development Plan; PCNPA - application to fell one ash tree, Treetops, St. Mary's Hill, Heywood Lane, Tenby.
Correspondence: Hywel Dda NHS Trust - PPI; WAG - Call for Evidence on financial support for Assembly Members; De Valence Trust - Notice Boards; Countryside Council for Wales - Carmarthen Bay Special Protection Area; Tenby Infants School - Thank You.
To accept and approve the accounts for November and consider any issues arising (on the table).
To accept and approve the external auditor's report on the Annual Audit Return for Year ended March 31, 2008, and consider any issues arising therein.
Grants and donations: Tenby Sea Cadets; Macmillan Cancer Support.
Other matters: Jubilee Play Area; Dyster Memorial Fountain; Media Items; Safe Routes to School; Taxi office and other buildings, Rocky Park.
