The oldest market in Wales - Tenby - opened its doors on New Year’s day this year, for the first time.

Some stallholders took a well-earned break, but stalwarts Julie Tudge (Market Café), Cathy Butler (Little Pantry), Pauline Fury (Stella’s Gifts) and Kerry Westerman (The Bead Shop) pictured here - all opened up to welcome the many new year visitors in Tenby.

“It was well worth getting up early with a hangover,” said Julie...“I had a cracking day and the café was full.”

Tenby indoor market was built in 1290 and offers an interesting variety of stalls, including a butchers, pet supplies, make-up, jewellery and accessories, organic fruit and veg, Beading supplies and bead-making, Café, Photographer, Gifts, and of course the legendary Dai the Boot!
