Yes, she's off on her travels again! Tenby's round-the-world adventurer, Rosie Swale Pope MBE, has sailed over to the Emerald Isle this week.
Rosie, who just over 12 months ago arrived home after completing her five-year global trek on foot, and her trusty home on wheels Icebird headed to Ireland on Wednesday.
After arriving on the 8 am Irish ferry at Rosslare, she started her run to the Giant's Causeway, a distance of 236 miles.
The run, which Rosie is calling Just a little run in Ireland, is in thanksgiving for Ireland's beauty and kind spirit and to raise cancer awareness.
She is scheduled to arrive in Dublin on Monday and will be appearing live on the Tom Dunne Show. She will also be doing a lap of honour for Icebird through Dublin.
Two days later, Rosie will be setting off for Belfast, a journey of 102 miles which she expects will take her six or seven days.
On September 30, she will head to the Giant's Causeway. She expects to arrive there on October 2 - her birthday and the anniversary of the date she set-off running around the world in 2003.
"I have never set eyes on the Giant's Causeway before," said Rosie. "This will be a very special day - the grand finale."
