It is with great sadness that we report the tragic death of the daughter of our agricultural correspondent, Meyrick Brown, and his wife Janet.

The body of Helen Anne Brown was recovered from a vehicle which had been involved in a road traffic collision at a Pembrokeshire beauty spot at the weekend.

At 6.45 am on Sunday, Dyfed-Powys Police were informed of a road traffic incident involving a Jeep Cherokee 4x4 motor vehicle which had occurred on a lane believed to be a public bridleway near Plumbstone Mountain, Hayscastle.

One female was found dead at the scene of the incident. No other vehicles are believed to have been involved.

There is to be a family funeral only.
