The death occurred peacefully at Park House Court Nursing Home, Tenby, on Wednesday, June 24, of Mr. Frederick Joseph Golding Bird, always know as John, of 'Primrose Villa', Narberth Road, Tenby, aged 89.
He will be sadly missed by his wife Muir together with his family and friends.
Funeral service will take place on Wednesday, July 1, at Parc Gwyn Crematorium, Narberth, at 11.30 am, followed by a Service of Thanksgiving at Saundersfoot Methodist Church at 12.30 pm.
There will be immediate flowers only, with donations, if so desired, for The Army Benevolent Fund or the RNLI, c/o E. C. Thomas and Son, Funeral Directors, Archways, Green Plains, Stepaside, who are carrying out the funeral arrangements.

Mrs. Jean Helen Williams, of Powys, 6 Clement Terrace, Tenby, passed away on June 22, aged 79, at her fiancée's home in Chester.
Jean was predeceased by her husband Colwyn, but is survived by daughter, Catherine, son-in-law Chris, fiancée Hugh, grandchildren Owen and Ruth, sister and brother-in-law Olive and Pat and nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will take place on Friday, July 3, at St. Mary's Church, Tenby, at 11.45 am, followed by cremation at Parc Gwyn, Narberth, at 1 pm.

The death occurred suddenly on Monday, June 22, of Mr. Jeffrey Morton Lewis, aged 68, of 2 Bishops Lane, Pembroke.
He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
The funeral service will take place on Tuesday, June 30, at Parc Gwyn Crematorium, Narberth, at 11.30 am.

Mrs. Marion Williams, of South Winds, Culver Park, Tenby, passed away on June 20, aged 72.
Marion is survived by daughters, Bethan and Sian, son-in-law David and grandchildren Emily, Lucy, Katy, Thomas, Jessica, Alex and Oliver.
She meant so much to those who loved her and will be sadly missed.
The funeral service will take place on Monday, June 29, at St. Lawrence Church, Gumfreston, at 11 am, followed by cremation at Parc Gwyn, Narberth, at 12.15 pm.

Mrs. M. A. NORMAN
TEMPLETON
Mrs. Maureen Ann Norman, of Maurlion, Templeton, died peacefully on June 10 at Withybush Hospital, aged 73.
She was born in Yorkshire before moving to Neyland and spent her working life as a personal secretary with various companies, the last one being the South Wales Electricity Board.
After retiring, Maureen, together with husband Lionel, spent many happy times travelling around the world on various cruises.
The family left to mourn and the principal mourners are: Lionel Norman (husband); Gina and Les Hughes (daughter and son-in-law); Richard and Helen, Mark and Joe (sons and daughters-in-law); Laura, Ben, Thomas, James, Dean and Kieran (grandchildren); Victor and Sheila (brother-in-law and sister-in-law); Ann (sister-in-law); plus numerous nieces and nephews.
The bearers were: Les and Ben Hughes, Richard and Mark Norman, Vincent and Paul Thomas.
The funeral service was conducted by Canon Butler at Templeton Church, followed by a service at Parc Gwyn Crematorium, Narberth.
The funeral arrangements were carried out by E. C. Thomas and Son, funeral directors, Archways, Green Plains, Stepaside.
