Congratulations to Peter Williams, of Aker Solutions E&C Ltd., who has been awarded the NVQ in Management at Level 5 - the highest level which can be achieved in management.
Peter, of Amroth, was assessed on his knowledge of management techniques and the practical evidence of his application of these techniques.
Peter's diverse engineering background includes R&D work for the National Centre of Tribology (part of AEA) and the former Admiralty Research, culminating in the assembly of a pilot plant producing innovative, specialist coatings for 21st century aviation and marine use.
Peter brought this wealth of experience from past work roles and combined it with his present role as a lead project planning engineer with Aker Solutions at Pembroke refinery to present a comprehensive body of work for assessment.
The assessors agreed that Peter exceeded the criteria and congratulated him on the presentation of his work.
