Sir, Following my request for a study to be carried out by the highways division of Pembrokeshire County Council on Bells Corner, Tenby, with a view to implementing traffic calming, I have been informed by the county council that they don't have any records of accidents in the vicinity. They are using this as the reason for not complying with my request.
