Respiratory problems

Tenby Coastguard Rescue Team assisted ambulance paramedics with the evacuation of a 69-year-old male who collapsed at Amroth beach with respiratory problems shortly before 3.30 pm on May 17. The casualty was from Pendine.

Female faller

MRCC Milford Haven received a 999 call reporting that a female had fallen on the cliff path between Swallow Tree Gardens and Monkstone Point at 3.40 pm on May 19.

Tenby Coastguard Rescue Team, along with the South Pembrokeshire sector manager, stabilised the casualty, who was suffering with ankle injuries, and then took her to an ambulance to be taken to hospital.

The 64-year-old lady was from Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands.

Cut off

Two girls cut off on rocks at Perrys Point, Saundersfoot, were rescued by Tenby's RNLI inshore lifeboat shortly before 7 pm on Saturday and returned safely to Saundersfoot Harbour.

Tenby coastguard provided assistance ashore and obtained details.

The girls, both aged 13, were from Newport, Gwent.
