On Remembrance Sunday, the morning service was conducted by Pastor Gooding, who spoke about the peace that Jesus offers to all.
At 11 am, two minutes silence was held to remember all those past and present who have given the ultimate sacrifice on our behalf.
The Sunday School shared in the Remembrance Service at the cenotaph in Carew, where a wreath was also laid by Mr. Trevor Griffiths on behalf of Pisgah Chapel.
The evening worship was held in the schoolroom when Pastor Gooding again officiated. Music was provided by the Worship Group (Janice (keyboard), Emma (flute) and Vanessa (guitar).
PYSH Club will be held this (Friday) evening at 7.30 pm in the schoolroom when our young people aged 11 and over will meet for fun and fellowship.
The Mid-Week Fellowship meet on Tuesday evening at the home of Pastor and Mrs. Gooding, at 7.30 pm, when new members are welcome to come along for informal discussion and prayer.
Plans are now in hand for the annual Christmas carol concert which will be held on Sunday, December 2, at 8 pm. Mrs. Christine Lloyd will conduct the singing, with The Ferry Choir providing items. Proceeds will be donated to a local charity.
We continue to remember all those who are unable to join with us through illness at home or in hospital and those who have recently lost loved ones. We ask that God's love and grace will surround them at this time.
A Christian welcome is extended to all to join in at any of the above meetings.
