St. Mary's Church, Begelly, was the beautiful setting for the marriage of Mr. Graham Stewart Fowke and Miss Evie Sinead Carew. The groom, a veterinary surgeon from Narberth, is the youngest son of Howard and Ruth Fowke, of Birmingham, while the bride is the daughter of Mr. Geoff Carew, of Spain, and Mrs. Anne Carew, of Pentlepoir. Given away by her brother, the bride wore an ivory strapless dress complemented with a brown marabou shrug. In attendance were Frances Goldsworthy (friend), Maia and Edward (children), Thomas, Jake, Finn and Samantha (nephews and nieces). Best men were Howard Fowke (brother) and John Edwards (friend). The ushers were Huw Davies, Huw Thomas and James Carew. The ceremony was conducted by Rev. Sarah Geach and Rev. Graham Davies. The guests were entertained by the bride's cousin, Rob Scourfield, during the signing of the registers. Family, friends and neighbours all mucked in to make it a very special and memorable day. Even Santa and his Elf made an appearance!
