A Tenby couple had double cause for celebration at New Year. As well as welcoming in 2007, Kelly Furlong and Lee Davies, of 2 Knowling Mead, also welcomed a beautiful baby girl, Brooke Louise. Born at Withybush Hospital, Haverfordwest, at 7.40 pm on January 1, Brooke weighed in at 7lbs 4 oz. She was one of three babies to be born at the hospital on New Year's Day. Brooke is the granddaughter of Sue and John Furlong, of Tenby, and Terry and Sharon Davies, of Manorbier, and great-granddaughter of Rex Edwards, of Penally. Brooke shares her birthday with her Aunty Nikki (Kelly's sister), while if she had been born a day later, she would have shared it with her Aunty Emily (Lee's sister)!
