South Pembrokeshire AM Angela Burns has been appointed Shadow Transport and Regeneration Minister.

She also retains her post as chairman of the Assembly's finance committee.

"I am delighted because this gives me the opportunity to bring added weight to the debate to dual the A40 which is something I have been working on for a long time," said Mrs. Burns.

"It also gives me a chance to look in detail at regeneration of places with different needs such as a seaside resort like Tenby and a small town like Whitland."
