With the old property at Tenby's South Parade, formerly known as the Delphi, currently being demolished, Pembrokeshire Housing is constructing, in partnership with WRW Ltd, a new development of flats, due for completion in late 2015, early 2016.

The flats are being built to Lifetime Homes Requirements, meaning the flats will meet the needs of a wide range of households, including families with pushchairs, as well as some wheelchair users. The additional functionality and accessibility it will provide will also be helpful to everyone in ordinary daily life.

The development will be a mix of two and one-bedroom flats, with the ground floor providing retail units and once constructed these properties will be leased back to South Terrace Developments Ltd.
