Calls for Tenby's new multi-million pound cottage hospital to have NHS beds on site are to be made today (Friday). Plaid Cymru AM Dr. Dai Lloyd, Shadow Finance and Local Government Minister for Wales, will be making the demand during a visit to the Gas Lane facility this afternoon. "This is something we have been calling for for a number of years," he told the Observer. "Frankly, a hospital means beds and Tenby Cottage Hospital deserves to have NHS beds on site," he added.
