A Norfolk-based business is creating 28 jobs in a new Call Centre in Pembroke Dock.
Cyber Travel (UK) Ltd. is an internet based travel business providing a direct on-line booking service to 20,000 family members.
The company said it was attracted to Pembrokeshire by the availability of skilled and experienced Call Centre staff.
In order to facilitate the speedy setting up of the new venture and to help provide jobs for the ex-ITV Digital staff, Pembrokeshire County council is providing Cyber Travel with temporary accommodation in the E-Commerce Centre in Pembroke Dock, until the firm is able to move to larger permanent premises.
Nick Elston, the company's sales and marketing director, said he was delighted with the enthusiasm and dedication of his new staff.
He also praised the county council, the Welsh Development Agency (WDA) and Education and Learning Wales (ELWa) for the help they had provided to enable the company to get the new facility up and running so quickly.
The leader of Pembrokeshire County Council, Clr. Maurice Hguhes, said he was delighted that Cyber Travel had chosen Pembrokeshire.
He went on: "We have always maintained that the Call Centre's workforce is one of the county's assets. I'm sure Cyber Travel will be delighted with the quality of the staff and that the company will be able to pursue its expansion plans and create more jobs in Pembrokeshire over the coming months.
"The county council and its partners are working hard to attract new companies to Pembrokeshire to replace those jobs lost at Manpower.
"Discussions are taking place with a number of companies and we hope to be able to announce further successes in the coming weeks."
Cyber Travel was established in March, 2000, and the new facility supplements the company's six other offices throughout the UK and an existing Call Centre in Newton Abbott.
