Bluestone Holdings - holiday village, landscaping and creation of lake and servicing in association with proposed leisure facilities on adjoining land at land comprising and adjacent to Newton Farm, Canaston Bridge (deferred until special meeting to be announced).

Pembs. Financial Services - redevelopment to create one additional shop with five flats over at London House, The Strand, Saundersfoot (conditional consent subject to satisfactory plans).

Mr. S. N. Farrow - garage block with workshop and caretakers accommodation over at Bryn-y-Mor, Narberth Road, Tenby (approved).

Mr. R. Diment - conversion to residential use holiday letting unit at Giltar Grove, Penally (refused).

Mr. M. Johnson - new house at plot adjacent to Pen-y-Cwm, Llanteg (deferred).

Mr. and Mrs. A. Williams - dwelling at Ashdown, Westfield Road, Saundersfoot (deferred for further information).

Dunlop Heywood Lorenz - change of use from retail use to office use for bookmakers at Picton House, 9 Frog Street, Tenby (approved subject to conditions).

Mr. P. Odley - sitting of tables and chairs for use in conjunction with shop as sandwich/snack bar at Shop 5, Beddoes Court, Saundersfoot (delegated to officers subject to satisfactory amended plans).

Pembrokeshire Housing Association - two storey block providing four one bedroomed flats at land adajcent to 2 Dewing Avenue, Manorbier (refused on design issues).

Mr. and Mrs. Wallis - demolition of exisiting and rebuilding new dwelling at Morningside, Frances Road, Saundersfoot (approved subject to amended plans).

Barclays Bank Plc - full consent and listed building consent for alterations to enable disabled access at Barclays Bank, 18 High Street, Tenby (deferred on applicants' request).

Dr. R. G. Paul - alteration and extension at Waterside, Cresswell Quay, Cresselly (delegated to officers subject to amended plans).

Messrs. D. and E. Ormond and Jenkins - installation of five solar panels in rear roof surface at 26 Harries Street, Tenby (refused on visual grounds).

Mr. A. J. Collins - residential development, roads, foul and surface water drainage and plot layout adjacent to The Incline, Saundersfoot (deferred).
