Mr. A. J. Davies - replace defective wooden external staircase with metal structure at harbour car park and harbour office in Saundersfoot (delegated to officers). Mrs. Jean Bailey - installation of automated teller machine at Somerfield Stores, Upper Park Road, Tenby (refused). Mrs. D. Johnson - demolish existing building and erect four residential holiday units at The Flat, Amroth Stores, Amroth (refused). Mr. R. A. Phelps - retrospective application to construct wall to secure border at Birbank, 31 Scandinavia Heights, Saundersfoot (deferred). Mr. and Mrs. Cross - conservatory at 19 Ragged Staff, Saundersfoot (refused). Mr. F. Booth - change of use of part ground floor and alterations to provide adult gaming centre at The Wimpy Restaurant, St. George Street/Church Street, Tenby (approved).
