Brace and Subbiani - conversion of existing attic to two-bedroomed flat at former Police Flats, South Parade, Tenby (delegated to officers). Mr. and Mrs. R. King - lift condition 6 on NP/04/ 352 to allow 12 months trading at Jalna Hotel, Stammers Road, Saundersfoot (deferred). Mr. D. Mullholland - erection of decking at rear of garden, partly retrospective, at 7 Park Place, Tenby (delegated to officers).
