Pembs. Financial Services - redevelopment to create one additional shop with five flats over at London House, The Strand, Saundersfoot (approved).

Mr. M. Johnson - new house on plot adjacent to Pen-y-Cwm, Llanteg (approved).

Mr. and Mrs. A. Williams - dwelling at Ashdown, Westfield Road, Saundersfoot (outline approval).

Mr. A. J. Collins - residential development, roads, foul and surface water drainage and plot layout adjacent to The Incline, Saundersfoot (deferred).

Mr. P. Evans - illuminating projecting sign at Nana's Restaurant, St. Julian Street, Tenby (delegated to officers for approval).

Mr. and Mrs. Greaves - conservatory at 21 Scandinavia Heights, Saundersfoot (refused).

Datactive Limited - demolition of existing house and construction of two houses at Seaview, Jason Road, Freshwater East (deferred at applicant's request).

Mr. J. Harper - increase height of boundary wall from 1.78m to 2.6m at 4 Haytor Gardens, Narberth Road, Tenby (delegated to officers for approval subject to details of fence).

Pembrokeshire County Council - drop in day centre at St. Asaph, Trafalgar Road, Tenby (approval).

Mr. G. Davies - three dwellings on land between the Wigwam and the Shaque, Freshwater East (refused).

Mr. G. Davies - two dwellings on land at the Matchbox, Matchbox Lane, Freshwater East (withdrawn).
