Mr. G. Davies - demolition and rebuilding of two dwellings at Matchbox Site, Matchbox Lane, Freshwater East (refused).

Pembrokeshire County Council - sea defence works to the coast road at Wiseman's Bridge along with improvements to the existing slipway access to the beach itself (delegated to officers following consultations).

Mr. and Mrs. P. Cowper - dwelling in part of garden at Fernley Lodge, Manorbier (deferred at request of applicant).

Ms S. Law - use of basement as restaurant at The Hilton Hotel, Warren Street, Tenby (conditional consent).
