The eighth annual Civic Week pool singles knockout takes place next month in Narberth. Entries must be in by Monday, July 3. Entry forms can be found at the following venues: Eagle, Dragon, Ivy Bush, RAOB, RFC, Kirkland and Dingle, or by phone to Colin on 07901 772505. Entry fee is £1 and the draw will be made on the night of July 3 at the Dragon. Depending on the amount of entries, the matches will be played on consecutive Thursdays, July 13, 20 and the final eight on the 27th. Minimum age to enter is 14. Official world and UK ball pool rules apply. All matches will be played at the above venues, with the final eight at the RAOB. All matches are best of three and to be paid for by the entrants (except the final eight). Matches will be scheduled to start by 8 pm. There will be trophies for the final eight and prize money for the last four.
