Among planning applications recently considered by Narberth Town Council were the following:
Courtlands, Redstone Road - lawful development certificate - existing dwelling not located in accordance with the planning consent (no objection).
Land adjacent to Sunnybank Residential Home - erection of dwelling (objection as the site is too narrow for the size of property proposed, which being a dormer-bungalow is still two-storey and not as recommended in the pre-application advice given by the county council. The new building is also too close in proximity to the existing bungalows in Bloomfield Gardens. Concern was also raised about creating yet another exit onto a very busy stretch of road).
Celtic Vision, 66 St. James Street - application for a new premises licence (no objection).
