A six-minute second half try spree has virtually guaranteed Narberth a place in division one of the National League next season.
Clocking up another half-century of points in this 50 points to 24 win at Llanstrisant, the Otters only need one more win under their belts to guarantee automatic elevation to the upper echelons, while two wins out of the final four games will also net them the division two crown.
However, things did not look so rosy for the visitors at the break, with Narberth trailing by three points after an evenly contested first half.
Points machine Simon Daniel had opened the scoring for the visitors after four minutes when he slotted over a penalty, before stand-off Jason Alford turned things in the Black Army's favour when he zipped over for a try which he converted himself.
Another Daniel three-pointer narrowed the margin, but then the Otters suffered a body blow when hard-working lock Emori Katalau was sidelined by an unfortunate injury.
The South Sea islander was bundled into touch as he attacked down the line, only to collide with one of the steel stanchions surrounding the ground.
Damaging his shoulder, Katalau was later treated in hospital. With Jason Jennings also on the injury list, Katalau's place was filled by Anthony Griffiths, who quickly slotted in beside Jamie Bohata.
Popular prop Fifitapuku Faletau got his name on the scoresheet for the second week in a row when he bulldozed his way through in trademark style after Bohata won possession at a lineout.
Daniel added the extras to nose Narberth in front, but Llantrisant hit back and reclaimed the advantage when Alford nabbed his second from a well-judged Ian Worgan kick.
Alford added the extras to give the homesters a one point lead.
Another Daniel penalty swung things Narberth's way again, but an unconverted try by Worgan wrestled the lead back for the Black Army at the break.
After a quick talking to during the interval, it was a rejuvenated Narberth who came out after the break, with Daniel and centres Andrew Bowen and Elgan Vittle proving a constant thorn in the Llantrisant midfield defences.
Within two minutes of the restart, Otters' prop Rob Jones had crashed over for a try to regain the lead for the visitors, while Andrew Jones increased the advantage minutes later when he rounded off a Chris Macdonald break.
Daniel converted, but was less successful with another conversion after he and Alan Reynolds conspired to send Gareth Bennett over for the third try in as many minutes.
The almost telepathic bond between Macdonald and Reynolds was evident when the scrum-half deftly chipped ahead and the back row man was on it in a flash to set Daniel up for an unconverted try which saw the Otters pull further away.
Worgan caught Narberth napping with a quick tap penalty which enabled wing Celynd Morgan to wrong-foot his opposite number John Whitticombe and bag an unconverted try.
Bohata was sidelined midway through the second half, forcing prop Alan Phillips to pack down in the second row alongside Griffiths.
Hooker Simon Delaney was off target with an optimistic drop goal for the Otters, but Daniel soon got his backs moving again, linking with Vittle to create the space for wing Andrew Jones to cross for a try.
Daniel added the extras from the touchline to bring his personal league tally for the Otters to 288.
Whitticombe put matters beyond doubt when he brought the 50 up for Narberth, skipping over from 30 metres for an unconverted try.
