A youngster from Narberth has enjoyed racing to success recently in a motocross event.

Eleven-year-old Hannah Pickersgill won the Girls National Motocross in the Juniors class on a 65cc KTM in an event held at Marshfield, near Bath.

There were six blocks of racing at the event, which is the only one held over the season just for girls

Hannah competed against girls from Scotland, Ireland, England, Holland, Guernsey and Netherlands, in the races, with three taking place last Saturday and three the following day.

Hannah's sister, Kyra Pickersgill, and Jade Farley from Neyland also competed in the 'Small Wheel 85 class', with Kyra finishing in 12th place and Jade 10th, which were really good results considering the class is incredibly competitive at this level.
