As part of the 50th anniversary celebrations of the formation of the Narberth and Whitland Rotary Club, a time capsule has been filled with a variety of items by Narberth CP School. The children placed photographs of school life, music, items of technology and letters sent to themselves to be opened in 50 years time. Emma Baines accepted the capsule on behalf of Narberth Museum, for safe-keeping at the museum until the club’s centenary in 2066. Rotary president Mary Adams and club secretary John Sleigh were present and thank deputy head, Mrs. Rhiannon Williams, and the children for embracing the project at their school.
