Narberth and District Darts League

The Narberth and District Darts League held their Finals Night at the Rugby Club.

Winners of the various team and individual competitions were as follows:

1001 knockout - Ivy Bush B; runners-up - Dragon A.

Landlords,/landladies - Eddie Mutch (RFC); runner-up - Ann Stevens (Dragon Inn).

Vice-captains - Barry Llewellyn (RAOB); runner-up - Gareth Howells (Ivy Bush B).

Doubles - Stephen Pallas and Barry Llewellyn (RAOB); runners-up - Kevin John and Jeff Jones (Dragon Inn).

The singles final was a repeat of last year's final between Marc Hughes (RFC A) and Barry Llewellyn (RAOB).

Marc won once again, 2-1. This young man only started playing league darts last year and has now won the singles title twice. Many don't get a chance to win it once!

Individual achievements on the night: Marc Hughes shot a 117 out for RFC A in the 1001 knockout; Roy Taylor and Neil Jolly (Ivy Bush B) both hit maximum 180s, while Stephen Pallas and Barry Llewellyn shot a 15-dart out in their doubles final.
