FORMER Tenby raised musician Leon Van Den Broecke will be returning home with his band Long Day Gone on August 18 at The Buccaneer. The band has had recent success supporting Zane Lowe's (Radio 1) band Breaks Co-Op and featuring on Kerrang Radio 'Best Of Unsigned' CD. Bass player Leon, 25, said: "I'm really excited and slightly nervous returning home for the first time with my band; things are starting to progress at the moment and I can't wait play in front of my home town." Long Day Gone play a mix of known songs and their own material, which they are getting acclaim for. Leon rounded up by saying: "We're on a summer break at the moment before we start touring our base in the Midlands and then London towards the end of the year. We look forward to seeing familiar faces at The Buccaneer."
