In response to Mrs Cox's letter last week, it is clear that she enjoyed the Town Crier's competition, but not enough to read the programme, which listed the various sponsors, including many of the town's retailers who were pleased to help this prestigious event.
Tenby is primarily a tourist area, and as such businesses try to cater for the needs of locals and visitors alike.
'Café Culture event', the majority of businesses support the basic principle. The stalls were a great success for the businesses, the overwhelming majority not being Tenby ratepayers who rented a prime location for only £15 for the day, to the detriment of local food and takeaway shops and businesses on Tudor Square.
