Over the past few weeks, Bright Buds Playgroup, Narberth, has been having milk stolen from outside their hall at the Town Moor, after it has been delivered. This means the children have had to go without their milk. The parents and staff of the playgroup would like whoever is doing this to stop as the are taking milk out of the children's mouths.
