Tenby town council are to add a new item to their agenda for meetings so that they can respond promptly to articles in the media. Mayor, Clr. John Griffiths, put the proposal to his colleagues at Tuesday evening's meeting. "In order to overcome the delay caused by statutory requirements, I suggest that we, the council, consider putting an item on the agenda for 'media items', as this would permit such articles and letters to be raised and discussed more immediately before the impact of any response is lost," he stated.
