Mayor of Tenby, Clr. Mrs. Caroline Thomas, recently visited the construction site of the town's new lifeboat station.
Accompanied by her Mayoress, Clr. Mrs. Sue Lane, they were shown around by project manager, Ceirion Herbert.
Said Clrs. Thomas and Lane afterwards: "It is a mammoth task and we were very impressed with the work.
"The project involves techniques and skills never before seen in Tenby, and apart from the obvious neeed for such a building, it is going to be a major tourist attraction.
"We will be keeping a keen interest on progress and look forward to the end result."
