Last Friday, Mayor and Mayoress of Pembroke Dock, Clr. Peter Kraus and his wife Doris, attendeed the 90th birthday of Mr. John James, of Mellaston Farm, Hundleton.

"It was a huge honour to be invited to his birthday party by his lovely family," said Clr. Kraus.

"John I have known each other for many years and I must say he has so many talents in the horse and carriage world and he is also a real gentleman. He has helped me since 1999 in all my medieval kidnappings and I am very very proud of him," he continued.

"To see him on his special birthday made my day when he was there together with all his friends and family there to celebrate his big day. May he live for many more years and enjoy good health. Happy 90th John."
