PICTURED is Tenby Sea Cadet Max Randles following his attendance at the South West Area Sea Cadets swimming competition.

He recently attended as a member of the West Wales District team. Swimming in the senior boys team, he returned having gained three gold medals and helping the district to come second overall.

This continues his and other cadets' successes this year and they are all to be congratulated.
