The wedding took place on Friday, November 24, at St. Twynnells Church, of Mr. Simon Cole and Miss Hayley Powell. The groom is the son of the late Trevor Cole and Pauline, of Martletwy, while the bride is the only daughter of Mark and Debra Powell, of St. Twynnells. Given away by her father, the bride wore a designer dress from Italy.  Attending her as bridesmaid was her cousin, Laura Powell. Best man was Michael Beynon (groom's friend) and the ushers were David Cole (groom's cousin), Thomas Powell (bride's cousin) and Christian Phillips (couple's friend). The couple are now spending 12 months travelling around Australia.
