Pictured following their wedding at St. Mary's Church, Tenby, on Saturday, October 20, are Mr. Gavin Craig Strong and Miss Rachael Louise Stapleton. The groom, a care assistant, is the son of John and Gina Strong, of Penarth, Cardiff. The bride, a nursery nurse assistant, is the eldest daughter of Nick and Linda Stapleton of Leachway, Tenby. Given away by her father, the bride wore a strapless, diamond white 'Romantica' dress, with a church length train and half veil. She carried a hand-tied bouquet of grand prix red roses with crystal studs. The maid of honour was Zoe Stapleton (bride's sister), bridesmaids were Holly and Megan Strong (groom's daughter's) and flower girl was Jessica Strong (bride and groom's daughter). Page boy was Zed Strong (groom's son). All the bridesmaids wore scarlet red 'Veromia' dresses and held hand-tied ivory roses. The best man was Simon Webster and the ushers were Brian John (bride's uncle) and Nathan Strong (groom's brother). The ceremony was conducted by Rev. Dennis Baxter and Tenby Male Voice Choir sang songs before and after the service. The couple honeymoned in Portugal and will make their home in Kilgetty.
