The wedding took place recently at St. Mary's Church, Tenby, of Stephen Anthony Toom, and Sophie Elizabeth Brace.

The groom, a machine operator, is the son of Jacquline Toom, of Queen Elizabeth Avenue, Neyland, while the bride, who works in admin, is the daughter of Gareth and Mandy Brace, of Highgrove, Twycross, New Hedges.

Given away by her father, the bride wore an elegant ivory soft satin gown with embroidered appliques and ruched dropped bodice.

Chief bridesmaid Kelly Thomas (best friend) and the other bridesmaids Emma Davies (groom's sister) and Nicola Zroud (best friend) wore strapless floor length cobalt blue dresses.

Flower girls Ruby Toom (couple's daughter) and Millie Brace (bride's niece) wore ivory dresses with a-line spaghetti straps and floor length satin tulle.

Ieuan Toom (couple's son) was page boy, while best man was Oliver Brace (bride's brother) and ushers were Allen Brace (bride's brother), George Picton (groom's brother), Dai Balkwill, Andrew Kemp and Juan Cruz.

Following the ceremony, which was conducted by the Rector, Rev. Andrew Davies, with Dr. John Harrison at the organ, a reception was held at The Giltar Hotel, Tenby.

The couple will be making their home at North Close, The Ridgeway, Saundersfoot.
