Married at St. Michael's Church, Pembroke on Saturday were Mr. Roger Morris, a farmer and teacher, Miss Wendy John.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David John, of Lammaston Farm, Pembroke.

Given away by her father, the bride wore a satin ivory bodice with silver and ivory embroidery, A line skirt and full train.

She was attended by Mrs. Leah Humphreys and Mrs. Sarah Lewis, both friends of the bride who wore strapless beaded aubergine satin dresses.

Flowergirl was Eve Humphreys, friend of the bride who wore an ivory dress with aubergine sash and bow and the pageboys were Carwyn and Rhydian Lawrence, friends of the groom.

Best men were Robert Kenniford, friend, and Richard Morris, cousin, while the ushers were Martin Mathias, Ieuan Preece and Anthony Cole, groom's friends and Robert John, bride's brother.

The wedding ceremony was conducted by Rev. Roger Jones and the organist was Mrs. Margaret Howells.

Following the service, a reception was held at The Pavilion, Withybush, Haverfordwest.

The couple will make their home at Orielton.
