The wedding of Mr. Benjamin Perkins and Miss Victoria John took place in the idyllic surroundings of Llanddewi Velfrey on Saturday, June 1.
The groom, a home care assistant, is the son of Mr. and Mrs. D. Perkins, of Gwyndy Farm, Whitland, while the bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alan John, of Caermeoni Isaf, Mynachlog-ddu.
Given away by her father, the bride wore a beautiful white Mori Lee designer gown, with pearls over the top of the bodice, a tiara, a white veil with scattered drops and a long train with clusters of pearls.
The bridesmaids were Meinir Owens, chief bridesmaid, Menna Owens, Rhian Marrow and Beccie Thornton (friends), and Lucy Perkins and Gina Perkins (groom's sister), while flower girls were Shannon Coverdale and Jemma Stock (cousins of the bride).
The bridesmaids wore Mori Lee designer dresses in grape or lilac, while the flower girls wore white dresses (also designed by Mori Lee).
The page boys were Dan Targett (bride's cousin) and Sion Phillips (friend of the bride).
Best man was Henry Nicholson (groom's friend), and the ushers were Chris John (bride's brother), Arron Stock (bride's cousin) and Adam Thomas and Simon Noott (both friends of groom).
The service was conducted by the Canon Rev. Morgan, while organist was Julie Young. A solo was also rendered by Mandy Phillips.
A reception followed at the Fishguard Bay Hotel.
The couple spent their honeymoon in Tenerife, with the bride choosing white trousers and matching black and white top as her going away outfit.
They will make their home in Pembrokeshire.
