Married recently at St. Michael's and All Angels Church, Cosheston, were Matthew Palmer and Sarah Harries.

The groom is the son of Dafydd and Olwyn Palmer (Pembroke), while the bride is the daughter of George and Lyn Harries (Cosheston).

Given away by her father, the bride wore a satin a-line dress with crossover detail and lace appliqué on the bodice and hem with lace up back.

Bridesmaids were Rachel Reston, bride's sister, Cara O'Toole and Lucy Doran, bride's friends.

Best man was Jonathan Palmer, groom's brother, while ushers were Lewis Hyland, groom's cousin, Wayne and Kevin Shanklin and Gethin and Daniel Davies, groom's friends.

The reception was held at the Begelly Arms.

The couple will make their home in Cosheston.
