Police conducted an extensive search across Tenby on Tuesday night, following concerns raised for the safety of a person from the area.

Officers searched the resort on foot, while the police helicopter was also tasked with scanning the area shortly after 8 pm.

"Concern was raised by friends for the welfare of a male from Tenby, and following an extensive search the male was found safe and well," said a Dyfed Powys Police spokesperson.
